It can also help in times of crisis or trauma such as bereavement, a relationship breakdown or redundancy.
Bach Rescue Remedy is the original. It is available in both 10ml and 20 ml sizes. To use dilute four drops of Rescue Remedy in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as necessary.
