• SHIPPING FROM OUR FACILITY IS MOSTLY BY UPS GROUND, UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER. We are located in Florida, it takes anywhere from 2-8 days for shipment to arrive at your location, depending on distance from here. WEST COAST 6-8 days normally.

 

• FOR ITEMS OF LIGHTER WEIGHT AND VOLUME, WE SHIP PRIORITY MAIL, normally takes 2-3 days.
  
  CAGES---ALL OUR CAGES are shipped 'partially assembled' and are sent in a box 36" x 36" x 5". They are sent UPS ground, unless requested otherwise. Regardless of size and weight, they are considered OVERSIZE by UPS and price of shipping is determined by the measurement of box and its destination.
