For Ferrets Only Cage Return Policy

 

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase in original shipping carton and must be accompanied in original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

 

• Returned items must be returned clean, unused and free of animal residue, or we may refuse to issue credit.

 

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items including insurance.

 

• If product is received damaged, you will need to put in a claim with the carrier, Crafty Creatures will not be responsible.

 

• Purchase price of cage will be credited to your account less our initial shipping charges, plus an additional 15% restocking fee
